I work with clients in a comfortable and fully functioning Pilates studio in the Pico Robertson neighborhood of West Los Angeles. I offer private and semi-private sessions, and I would love to talk with you to see if Pilates might be a good fit for you.

My clients have achieved sustained relief from back and hip pain, improved shoulder mobility, reversal of postural imbalances (even into their 60’s and 70’s), and just felt stronger, leaner and better coordinated as they move through their daily lives.  I have worked with women to keep their bodies agile through pregnancy and helped them rediscover and strengthen their abdominal muscles following pregnancy. I have helped several of my clients manage some of the ongoing symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease.
